Actually, considering he grew up during the era of battle rap, Puff might even enjoy what Kendrick did on “Control” last night. At the same time, the Notorious B.I.G. was one of his closest friends, and Diddy’s been claiming (and proving) to be the king of NY for more than a decade. Considering the rift that was Tupac and Big’s relationship, a Compton emcee to claim to be the king of BOTH coasts had to ruffle at least a couple Bad Boy feathers.
