Janelle Monae recruited Miguel for “PrimeTime”

The soulful, avant-garde songstress who’s gearing up to release her album – The Electric Lady – next month hit us with her latest single today featuring Miguel.


When this song comes on, it’s prime time for a slow grind with your lover…or anyone in the vicinity you may just have the hots for. Either way, Janelle Monae and Miguel‘s latest collabo is super sultry, and the electric guitar solo just makes it that much sexier.

The Electric Lady is due to hit retail and digital stores come September 10th.

In addition to letting loose her latest, Monae also announced the dates for her Electric Lady tour today.
