The AND 1 Summer Remix Basketball Tournament began yesterday in the city of Philly at the Liacouras Center in Temple University. AND 1 is celebrating their 20th anniversary this year, and in honor of the achievement, AND 1 has brought some major celebrities and athletes for this years tournament.
Four games were played yesterday at the Liacouras Center. Things kicked off at 2PM with the Bingos All Stars taking on Philly’s Finest. The Bingos All Stars took that game and eliminated the home squad. In the second game Mike Bivens team, Biv 10 defeated the team of Born Ready. The third game of the evening featured Division 1 against the Philly All City team. The hometown team, Philly All-City were the winners of that battle, and in the final game of the night Hip-Hop superstars Jermmaine Dupri and Juelz Santana went head on against each others teams for the main game of the night. Jermaine’s Global 14 team defeated the squad of Skull Gang.
