RCA has been on top of what’s hot in the music industry since the start of the year, by signing Kid Ink before crafting the Wale and Meek Mill-assisted re-released track “Bad Ass,” which took off when it debuted, sitting at the top of the charts for a hot minute. RCA covered both the West and East Coast hype by pushing A$AP Rocky’s Long.Live.A$AP, which sold 130,000 copies even after the album leaked a week before its release. RCA also signed A$AP Ferg in a joint deal, with Sony, that recruited the next-up A$AP member during the time of his hit single “Work.” As they continue the promotion of Ferg’s upcoming debut album Trap Lord, RCA’s major and most recent accomplishment is the success of Justin Timber- lake’s album The 20/20 Experience. —JP Weber
