Public Enemy’s Flava Flav didn’t make his first dollar anywhere close to a hip-hop stage. He was a school cook and head chef at a couple of restaurants before he started screaming out “Yeahhhhhh boyyyy.” In this video, Flav tells us what makes good fried chicken great and also what makes his chicken different from everyone else. Even though the “Flav’s Fried Chicken” spots didn’t last long you can tell Flav is no stranger to the kitchen.
