Earlier today, OVO star Drake was sued for the second time this month.
Jewelry company Baden Baden, Inc.’s owner Michael Raphael accused Drake of making replicas of the $49,204 diamond-studded owl pendant custom-made for him in January.
These alleged replicas can be found on pictures of Drake’s crew from his Instagram.

Raphael is suing for copyright infringement, unspecified damages, and he is requesting that Drake and his team hand over the illegal replicas.
A possible rebuttal that many Drake fans argue is the fact that Drake has had an owl logo for years. Its possible that the pendants on the Instagram photos from June could be designs unrelated to BBI.
