In relation to an altercation with a member of the paparazzi back in July, Kanye West has been charged with two misdemeanor counts – one for criminal battery and the other for attempted grand theft. The incident, in which Ye charged at and hit a photographer right outside of LAX, ultimately landed the photog in the hospital.
If totally convicted, it could land Kanye West in jail for a year. He’s due back in court on October 10th; lets just hope he doesn’t have another run-in until then.
