On Saturday, September 14, the couple wed in San Diego, CA. The enduring love of these high-school sweethearts has weathered both basketball and boppers. James, a four-time NBA Most Valuable Player, earns another ring; he is officially off the market!
After investing 10 years into their courtship and creating two well-adjusted sons, the couple has solidified their union. Family and friends witnessed the private nuptials reportedly held at the Grand Del Mar hotel. During the ceremony and reception, to help ensure that no photos were leaked, the 200 invited guests willingly deposited their phones and cameras with top-flight-security. Although no actual wedding photos have surfaced, Adrienne Bosh and Gabrielle Union tweeted about the lovely event.
A host of the Heat organization was in attendance to show their support. The emergence of James’ dominance continues to impact Pop culture. The wedding reception boasted an all-star performance of “Crazy In Love” by Beyonce and Jay Z.
The Source extends its congratulations to the happy couple. Hopefully, they will thoroughly enjoy their honeymoon before James returns to work. The All-Star is scheduled to address reporters when on the Miami Heat’s annual media day on, September 30. The first practice of the new season is slated for October 1.
