Freddie Gibbs has been dropping a lot of joints lately!
With his album ESGN releasing this summer and 2 tracks featured on Grand Theft Auto 5, Freddie Gibbs seems to be moving on from the Jeezy situation to really build his own lane. Gibbs and frequent collaborator Madlib released an EP titled DEEPER to quench the fans appetite until their official album “Piñata” releases February 4, 2014. Madlib and Gibbs have work on earlier EP’s such as Thuggin and Shame. Once you see how Madlib’s production seems to be tailor made for Freddie Gibbs smooth, old school flow, it’ll be understood why these two seem perfect for each other on a track.
