If you take the theme of the “Sweet” video and actually put Danny Brown in it, “ODB” is what you would get. Only showing his face spitting a lyric was more effective than one would think. If you were thinking that this video would be a rip off of D’angelo, you are mistaken. At certain points, Danny’s face literally melts into the edges of the screen, while the tint of the camera changes colors and words are scrawled all over. It almost like the viewer themselves are the ones who dropped acid, and not Danny himself. It is a really cool technique and the production of the song adds to this atmosphere.
