One of the more touching videos in Danny’s videography, “Grown Up” may be his best. Staring a younger version of the Detroit spitter, the video shows the rapper’s origin story. Young Danny sports a tiger stripped hoodie, a miniature version of the one that Danny is often seen in, which might indicate that his fashion sense has been the same since he was a child. During the video, we also gain some insight into the story of his missing front teeth. The last scene where the boy transforms into the man that Danny has become was oddly satisfying and a proud moment.
