“What if we did a Nabil video?”

That was Chance The Rapper‘s response to James Blake when the English crooner–whose popularity is exponentially growing, especially with Drake repeatedly name-dropping him–approached him about doing a video overseas for their recent collaboration, a remix to Blake’s “Life Round Here” single. In Hertfordshire, England, famed photographer and director Nabil, known for his extensive work directing music videos for Frank Ocean and Kanye West, shoot James Blake and Chance The Rapper in the oft-gloomy atmosphere of Great Britain as they ride around in an old, classic “low-rider”, which he explained to be a juxtaposition that he just couldn’t walk away from. You can listen to the song and check out the behind-the-scenes footage of the shoot below, and expect a dope video for the single very soon.
