Nostalgia plays a large role on My Name Is My Name, with blues-singer titles like “No Regrets,” “Sweet Serenade,” and, well, “Nosetalgia.” MNIMN shares similar themes with Jay Z’s American Gangster and Danny Brown’s Old, but it’s more visceral and optimistic about the prospect of “selling dope forever.” Also, that Earth Day reference is bomb! Cut your plastic six pack yokes before you throw them out.
