There’s new hope in granting some of Hip-Hop’s most-valued acts music’s most prestigious honor. The nominees to be inducted in the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame for 2014 have been announced. Among the 16 artists nominated, the originators of Gangsta Rap N.W.A and the man that the ladies will always love, LL Cool J were listed to receive the honor.
Though this is LL Cool J’s first time, it will be N.W.A second attempt at getting inducted. Hopefully this year the veteran rappers will finally receive a spot amongst previous Hall Of Famers like Bob Marley, Michael Jackson, Run D.M.C and Public Enemy.
The induction ceremony for the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame is set to be held in New york and will premiere on HBO in April 2014.
