Today we celebrate a woman who made her debut by showing off her goodies. Her Source takes a look back at the single that made Ciara the Queen of Crunk&B. The single features Petey Pablo and is produced by Lil Jon.

The song is about rejecting a man’s sexual advances, proclaiming that they will never get her “goodies” because “they stay in the jar.”

The song was released on June 08, 2004 and the video was directed by Benny Boom. The video featured cameos by Monica, Rasheedah (from Love & Hip Hop Atlanta), Bone Crusher, Lil Jon, and Young Jeezy. In the video, she introduces the Matrix dance move that she made legendary during the start of her career.

Being inspired by Aaliyah, Janet Jackson, and Destiny’s Child, she has made an impact during her career by winning her first Grammy Award when she collaborated with Missy Elliott on the single, “Lose Control” and since then she has released four albums and is in a relationship with fellow ATLien rapper Future.

Happy Birthday, CiCi!
