President Obama used it as a successful slogan when he ran for office, and in the latest video from his independent album, RFM:Deluxe , West Philly emcee Chill Moody is pushing the change he’s bringing as something people can believe in as well.

The AubGreen Collective representative isn’t alone, however, as longtime Philly fan favorite Freeway accompanies him on the campaign trail in the new vid. Chill canvases his hometown while amassing followers, in the video, before holding court with Freezer before a crowd of eager acolytes.
