HBK has been steadily building this year, and their buzz has been growing considerably–we actually profiled the crew earlier this year. One member, P-Lo, is gearing up to release his second mixtape MBMGC 2 (More B*tches, More Gold Chains 2), December 9th. The rapper and producer is promising some more smooth Bay Area tunes that will have fans moving and nodding their heads. Today, he dropped his first single off the project, “Going To Work”. It features a wonky hyped track produced by IAMSU!, which creates an interesting platform for the rapper to spit on. He also revealed the album’s cover art, which features a baby version of the rapper, with gold chains and all. It is a slight reference to Ready To Die‘s artwork.
