Whatever happened to that posthumous album?
About a year ago, news surfaced that Drake was working on executive producing a posthumous Aaliyah album, and released an official single from the project on the horizon, the 40-produced “Enough Said”. Since then, we haven’t heard anything about the project, except criticism about it from Timbaland, one of Aaliyah’s favorite collaborators, and competition from Chris Brown, whose second X single, “Don’T Think They Know”, also featured unreleased Aaliyah vocals.
In this Instagram video, Drake travels to the next Would You Like A Tour stop with his friends while a song, featuring both his and Aaliyah’s singing vocals, plays in the background. Maybe this will be one of the songs he releases this month?
