6. Tyler Perry was “outed” on YouTube
Back in May, a YouTube video surfaced of a former friend of Tyler Perry, Walter Hampton, that claimed that he is gay.

The video prompted an open letter from Perry to forgive his “past”. It was also rumored that after the video, Perry sent his goons to beat up Hampton to silence him. The rumor wasn’t technically stricken down nor was It confirmed.
