The Houston Texans become the first team to hire a coach after Black Monday. The Texans fired their former coach, Gary Kubiak a few weeks ago for the poor results this season.

The agreement was reached on Tuesday night after Bill O’Brien met with the Texans management and had a successful meeting. Bill O’Brien will be leaving Penn State after doing a an impressive job with the collegiate team.

The Texans are off to a good start already when it comes to change, not only do they have a great leader now, but the team also counts the No.1 overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft.
