Los Angeles and Atlanta collide on Rich Homie Quan‘s latest track, “Walk Thru”. Teaming up with Problem, whose infectious “whhhaaatt” adlib has found itself featured prominently on a number of recent track, the most recent being Childish Gambino’s “Sweatpants”, and now it has found a favorable spot in this Southern Banger. This is the CD quality re-release of the cut, originally heard on Quan’s I Promise, I Will Never Stop Going In mixtape, but it is definitely worth a re-listen.

Both emcees mesh their different styles of sing-rapping perfectly, almost harmonizing at points. They trade verse back and forth, eventually gliding into their addictive hook that Quan sings. Problem doesn’t hold back from telling people where he stands, claiming that he runs his city and no one could differ. The Atlien brings his unorthodx flow and vocal delivery to share with listeners his struggle and hustle. It is an interesting fusion to say the least.
