Reunited ATLiens To Kick Off Annual Music Fest
The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival has expanded to two weekends this year, and for good reason: famed Atlanta rap duo OutKast will reunite for the first time in almost 8 years to headline day one of each weekend of the festival.
Rumors have swirled for months about the duo reuniting to take the Coachella stage with Dungeon Family affiliate Future alluding to it in interviews, as well as Instagram posts of Three Stacks and Sir Lucious Leftfoot together adding fuel to the fire; however, now, per the festival, it’s been made official.
Coachella’s verified twitter account posted a tweet with an image of the festival’s bill accompanied by the caption “Share it like a Polaroid picture!” alluding to the duo’s hit “Hey Ya!”.
Outkast will be joined by Nas, Pharrell, Kid Cudi, our Rookie Of The Year, Chance The Rapper, A$AP Ferg, Jhene Aiko, Solange, Flatbush Zombies and RatKing during various days of the festival.
