Life on the big screen is not all what it seems.
Coming from his third studio album Underground Luxury, B.o.B.‘s new music video for “John Doe” with Priscilla, depicts a fictitious tale of a young lady who has dreams of becoming a movie star. The ambitious and wholesome woman, played by porn star Skin Diamond, moves to Hollywood to pursue the dream but instead faces a rude and troublesome awakening. Eager and willing to do “whatever it takes to get the top,” she discovers the dark reality of just what is meant by the phrase. Instead of auditioning for movie roles, the aspiring actress finds herself roped into a lifestyle of drug use and prostitution as an alternative means of income. It’s an all too familiar narrative that we see time and time again in movies and on television. But for those who may still remain uninformed, the K.
