Atlantic’s a pretty big major label machine, surely bigger than what Mac’s used to, but he’s got an opportunity to take his movement to the next level. He watched Wiz Khalifa become a larger-than-life rock star during the releases of his two successful albums Rolling Papers and O.N.I.F.C., and considering the two artists are not only good friends, but make very similar music, this move could absolutely make sense.
