Washington plays, Olivia Pope, a Washington, D.C.-based crisis manager who runs her own firm, Pope & Associates, that specializes in political situations. Since the show has started the character has become a widely-watched fashion icon and style trendsetter and is a loose depiction of Judy Smith, who served as George H. W. Bush’s Deputy Press Secretary and represented Monica Lewinsky during the Clinton-Lewinsky scandal. The show has survived three seasons and fans can’t wait to find out what’s next for Ms. Pope.
