The hype is real for Andrew Wiggins.
Just ask Kidd Upstairs and listen to his track “Wiggins (Remix)” dedicated to Kansas freshman, Andrew Wiggins. Kidd brings on Demrick to help him out on the remix. Kidd has also been working on Demrick’s upcoming solo project, Losing Focus, which will be released later this year.
The Los Angeles rapper compares Wiggins rise to fame and stardom to his own on the track, delivering bars that range from him being MVP, trying to get millions and of course respect to future NBA star Wiggins’ game. Kidd knows a lot about the game, growing up a Golden State Warriors fan in Oakland. The single “Andrew Wiggins” stirred up some controversy with Kansas University officials because of the cover art. The track is a treat for Kidd’s fans as he prepares for his upcoming album, DMDNS Deluxe, which will be released February 18th on iTunes.
