If their is one thing that is evident, Larry Brown has changed the basketball program at SMU. Known as one the best coaches to grace the NBA hardwood, Larry Brown has definitely brought his expertise to Dallas.
Although his coaching ability has brought recent recognition to the SMU program, Villanova transfer and SMU standout Markus Kennedy can attribute to the recent success. Coming off a recent big win at Cincinnati to finally entering the top 25 in nearly 2 decades, the SMU big man is putting his stamp on program.
Markus Kennedy recently sat down with ESPN’s Myron Medcalf and discussed the recent sucess at SMU and surprising his mom before she left for the Air Force.
