Kendrick Lamar

About that instant classic I spoke of, it was Kendrick Lamar‘s GOOD Kid M.A.A.D City. Just what, if not more, than we all expected from one of the most lyrical MC’s of relevance today. If it were not your favorite album, it most defiantly was in conversation to being one of the best of this past year. Through old soundboard of his mother and father speaking, to almost being snatched out of a car by a hostile young bunch, a screenplay like feel was given through the entirety of the album. Hearing the soundboards and the first person accounts made the album easier to understand. Tell me you couldn’t imagine riding bitch getting ready to commit a crime? No?
