Who will fly the highest in the dunk contest tonight?
NBA fans continue to hold onto hope that we will see another Vince Carter or Jason Richardson type of performance, but the Saturday night showcase has come up short over the past few years. LeBron James still hasn’t given the dunk contest a shot and he trolled us all once again with the incredible dunk show he put on in Phoenix in a practice Monday night.
With some new rules being added to the 2014 Srpite Slam Dunk contest and some much needed superstar power in the mix, new NBA Commissioner Adam Silver has a chance to resurrect the contest and save All-Star Saturday Night. Should you get your hopes up for tonight’s dunk fest? We think so.
