Magic Johnson & Earlitha “Cookie” Kelly-Johnson
This couple have stood the test of time and has been one of the longest NBA couples of all time. They met in the mid-80’s when he was still playing with the Los Angeles Lakers. They got married in 1991, but there was a calm before the storm when he announced that he was retiring from the NBA because he was diagnosed with HIV in 1991. When he first announced that he had HIV, she stood by his side and they had two beautiful kids together, a son Earwin Johnson III, who is also known as EJ & is openly gay and a daughter Elisha. Since his diagnosis, he became the first former NBA player to become a major mogul.
