Whether you’re a genuine art enthusiast or just want to seem cool to your friends, Marianne Boesky’s Chelsea gallery has an awesome new exhibition opening tonight. Artist, Kon Trubkovich’s latest project “Snow” will be on display from tonight until March 22nd. In Snow, Trubkovich captures elusive moments from home movies in his painting, going as far as to include the grainy static distortion of the VHS footage from which they’re inspired. The end result will have you in disbelief that you’re not staring at a still photograph — it’s that good.
