YG‘s debut album, I’m From Bompton My Krazy Life, is set to be released on Def Jam Recordings on March 18th, and there’s surely no shortage of buzz for it. With two successful singles already making noise on radio, and the Drake-featured “Who Do You Love” video already shot, he appears to be steamrolling towards his release date, which is now in less than a month.
The first single from MKL, “My N****”, was recently awarded a platinum plaque, and to celebrate, YMCMB partners in rhyme Weezy and Nicki Minaj join YG & Rich Homie Quan on the official remix, along with MMG rapper of the moment Meek Mill. The video, which was shot in Los Angeles during Grammy weekend, is simple in its essence, but there’s nothing simple about putting these four rappers on the same track. Enjoy.
