Cucumber: This vegetable shares the shame hydrogen level as your skin. It also helps to relax and  your skin, decrease irritation and dark circles

Avocado: Avocados are packed with plenty of Vitamin B. It helps reduce puffy skin, wrinkles, and redness. The monounsaturated fats are beneficial for improving skin tone and helps the skin maintains good moisture.

Grapefruit: This fruit contains high amount of  Vitamin A and C, minerals and anti-oioxidants. It renews old skin and treats pigmentation and protects skin from environmental hazards.

Berries: All berries contain an enormous amount of vitamin C. The vitamin will help rebuild damage collagens and help with dryness, wrinkles, and fine lines.

Almonds: Major source of Vitamin E! Almonds not only eliminate the toxins in the skin,it also helps the skin glow, reduce aging, and its perfect for maintaining skin moisture .

Bananas: Vitamins A,B,C, and E are contained in this fruit along with minerals. All of those work as a moisturizer, helps prevent aging, restores and repairs damaged skin.
