Fresh off the release of their second installment of That’s My Work, Snoop Dogg and DJ Drama dropped That’s My Work 3.
The album starts off with”Pop Pop Bang” featuirng DPG member Daz. Snoop reminds listeners why he’s among hip hop’s elite as he raps,”1, 2, 3 it’s me/baby, bobba/I’m hot as lava/I got to be..”
Then on the nostalgic Madlib-produced,“Cadillac,” Snoop Dogg reminisces on his Eastside Long Beach days as he spits game over the hook, “…rules of the game/If you choose to bang/You can’t be a snitch/don’t be a bi…”
Over some infectious 808’s, Snoop vibes with Kurupt on “Freestyle.” The Cali’ legends trade braggadocios rhymes and reminds other MCs of why DPG’s have lasted twenty years in the rap game.
Although That’s My Work 3 blesses listeners with twenty songs, it leaves fans wanting more from Snoop and DPG. TMW 3 features notable artist such as Method Man and Erick Sermon.
