Chris Brown’s stint in rehab has been successful in more ways than one. While receiving clinical treatment, Breezy recently got some clarity on the causes of his aggression.
A rehab facility has confirmed that the “Love More” singer has officially been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder.
“Mr. Brown became aggressive and acted out physically due to his untreated mental health disorder, severe sleep deprivation, inappropriate self-medicating and untreated PTSD,” a letter from an unnamed facility reads. The letter was a part of court documents obtained by E! News.
Brown has been involved in a series of incidents that have landed him in trouble including his case with Rihanna, throwing a brick through his mother’s car’s window, allegedly assaulting a man in Washington, D.C. and allegedly partaking in a brawl with Drake at a New York nightclub.
