MMG signee Gunplay, maybe one of the most prison friendly figures in the common day rap society besides Gucci Mane and, of course, Lil Boosie, recently beat a potential life in prison case of assault on an accountant that was caught on video. Gunplay looks physically threatening, with features like his facial tattoos and his nappy dreadlock hairstyle that looks like meaty tarantula legs sprawling from his skull. A collab with Boosie would be a good showcase for Gunplay as well, as his self proclaimed “junky” ways have been rumored to be affecting his music, and delaying his releases. Gunplay’s vicious “B.O.G.O.T.A.” style combined with Boosie’s “Set It Off” cockiness would be yet again a powerful down-south creation of art.
