Tats ranging from a picture of her grandmother to a peace sign on her finger. Earlier this weekend, the 21 year old posted a picture of a brand new tattoo on her bottom lip of a sad cat emoji. You read it right, a cat emoji. You have to commend her diligent effort to look crazy. It is definitely paying off!
