Funkmaster Flex is planning to give sneakerheads and fashion enthusiasts alike a new destination to shop
Spurring all the details on his twitter yesterday, Funkmaster Flex is planning to change the game once again.
Funkmaster Flex is planning to open a store by the name of Planetkixx on July 4th, which will provide sneakerheads with a new dope spot to shop.
The sneaker boutique will include: sneakers, clothes, DJ equipment and much more. The official launch party will be hosted by Wale, Nigel Sylvester, Fat Joe and Faboulous with DJ Clark Kent on the 1’s and 2’s. Flex hasn’t announced the location and will unveil it in mid-June, but did announce who will be working with him on this new venture. The associates include:
Tiffany Hasbourne – Store Design & Creative Director
Bobby Trends – Merchandise Director
Relly Rell – Music Supervisor
Wil Major – Brand Supervisor
Triple Threat – Director of VIP Services
Sabrina Baqir – Woman’s Sports Apparel Supervisor
DJ Juanyto – Blogger and resident DJ
Tat Wza – Digital Director
It looks like Flex is looking to run the table once again and have his imprint on the sneaker game with the opening of this boutique. Look for more details in the near future on the upcoming boutique.
