Now, before we begin, some of you all maybe thinking,”YUCK! Beets?” Have no fear! After juicing all the listed ingredients, you’ll thank us.

Ingredients and Supplies Needed:

  1. Juicer
  2. 1 Beet including the stems/roots & leaves
  3. 1 Apple, (Sliced and Cored)
  4. 2 Celery Stalks
  5. 2 Slices of Ginger

Before we start juicing, be sure to wash all fruits and vegetables. Cut your beets up into thick slices and be sure to juice them last. For best results, stir/mix the freshly juiced produce, pour over ice and consume immediately.
