Adreian Payne, Michigan State  (15.8 ppg, 7.4 rpg)
Payne is a 6-10 versatile center that could dominate the interior (defensively), clean up the boards on the offense and stretch opposing big men out to the three-point line with his smooth jump-shot. Had Payne and his senior running mate, Spartan G Keith Appling, experienced relative health this season (there were at least 13 games with one or both sidelined) Michigan State could have competed for one of the four tournament top seeds. With Michigan State clicking on all cylinders, however, expect them to garner serious consideration for an NCAA championship behind Payne.
