July 2014, marks the return of the Queen of The Bronx rapper, Remy Ma. She finally made amends with rapper, Fat Joe after years of bitterness between the two artists.
The female rapper was in prison for shooting her best friend back in 2008 but she is getting released early in July. While she was in prison, she revealed that she was getting offers to do a reality show but music would always be her first love.
She reveals that she has plans to get girly again by getting her nails & done and having a new outlook on life. She also reveals that she likes Meek Mill, Nicki Minaj, French Montana and YG. She wants to work with Rick Ross, Rico Love, DJ Mustard and Meek Mill.
Here’s a statement on her making up with Fat Joe:
“I just recently spoke to him and we had a wonderful conversation, He said, ‘I still think you’re the dopest female rapper ever.’ I’m like, ‘Really?!’ When you put egos and pride aside, and be the real people that you are it works out… I told him that when I do go home I’m going to make it my business that we talk more.”
We’re happy that Remy is finally getting out and the anticipation is over.
