According to Boston 7 News, Benzino was shot entering his mother’s funeral less than a few hours ago. Apparently, the rapper and reality star was in Duxbury, MA attending his mother’s funeral when he got into a dispute with another attendee and was shot.
Benzino is believed to be in stable condition and the unidentified man has been arrested by the police. They have charged the man with assault with intent to murder.
Benzino was a former co-owner of The Source Magazine back in 2005 and prior along with David Mays. We wish him well and a healthy recovery.
