The “iconic” Swedish duo, Icona Pop, currently on tour with Miley Cyrus showcasing her Bangerz release, has collaborated with Ty Dolla $ign in a too familiar playground in which they release a track radio-friendly and one that will have a club presence undoubtedly, with an ever so typical dance vibe, remixing the classic, renowned lyrics of Lesley Gore’s, “It’s My Party.“
After bursting into the mainstream and taking full advantage of the recent dance/electro scene, Icona Pop has become such a presence that Miley chose the duo to open for her controversial world tour and now they feature Ty Dolla $ign fresh off his Beach House EP release.
Ty Dolla $ign is featured in this pop, ever so cliche track towards the end with a single verse, as he utilizes auto-tune in his vocals.
