Wide Receiver, DeSean Jackson, can call D.C. home as he signs a deal with the Washington Redskins. Coming off of last week getting cut from his former team the Philadelphia Eagles. He signed with the team for three years and were not exactly sure about how much the deal was for.

The announcement was made on his Instagram and Twitter account. There were reports that he was visiting with the team about a potential deal and it looks like the reports were true.

Since the Eagles cut him, his former teammate Michael Vick was vocal about him going to the Jets but looks like Washington would be fine for him. His new teammate, Robert Griffin III is excited about the upcoming season and he also tweeted this on his account:

Congratulations to Mr. Jackson on joining the Redskins!
