Future has been prepping fans the April 22 release of his second studio album, Honest. Today, (April 3) he linked with Lil’ Boosie and Laudi for the draped up, “Popppin Tags.”
Not much is known about Laudie, who raps about staying fresh in Louis Vuitton, but he holds his own against the more experienced, Lil Boosie and Future. But, it’s Lil’ Boosie who walks away with the killer verse as he raps, “I got my own swag/You don’t like it, kiss my a** (Wipe me down)/I’m Lil’ Boosie/I can’t lie, I stay fresh/These ni***s don’t spit it like I spit it/I can’t lie, I’m the best.”
Future holds down the hook and the last verse with his rapid-stop-and-go flow. “Poppin Tags” is a certified club banger.
