People from around the world congregated at Trinity College for a weekend dedicated to Hip-Hop

Hartford, Connecticut was invaded with hip-hop heads from across the globe this past weekend. Trinity college hosted their ninth annual International Hip-Hop Festival and it was a complete success. From Thursday to Sunday, the student-organized festival celebrates all the five elements of Hip-Hop. Music, graffiti, Bboying, DJing and knowledge were all represented in a series of workshops and events that not only involved the students, but artists from all over the globe.

From freehanded graffiti murals to cyphers in between each session, the attendees of the festival truly made the event something to remember and reminds us why it continues to increase every year. Even Talib Kweli gave an amazing performance to close out the weekend. The Source was on-campus for the momentous event. With so much going on throughout the weekend, it’s hard to pinpoint every great moment. But here are ten best times of the Trinity International Hip Hop Festival.
