The “World Famous” Roots Crew are preparing to unleash a brand new album, entitled …And Then You Shoot Your Cousin. After the surprise release of the first single from the project, “When The People Cheer,” fans were excited to see and hear what is coming next, and the band delivered quickly. On OkayPlayer, the crew announced that the album will be in stores on May 20th; a little over a month from now, extremely fast and unexpected, but welcomed. Not only that, Questlove and his bandmates also unveiled the accompanying album artwork, which features a collage titled “Pittsburgh Memory”, by Romare Bearden. It is an interesting looking title that might foretell some intriguing concepts housed inside.
