3. Jimmy Butler

With the absence of Derrick Rose, the Chicago Bulls are pretty thin at the guard position. With the exception of DJ Augustin off of the bench to provide instant offense, two year starter Jimmy Butler is one of the Bulls best perimeter threats off of the dribble. Butler is also arguably the most important player on the Bulls roster next to Joakim Noah and Carlos Boozer after the departure of Luol Deng to Cleveland. Butler has played some absolutely ridiculous minutes this entire season and this years playoffs are no different.

Butler has logged the most minutes in this years NBA Playoffs with 44 minutes in Game 1, 53 minutes in Game 2 (OT), and 41 minutes played in Game 3 against the Wizards. He also knocked down one of the biggest shots of this years NBA Playoffs with this late 3 pointer. He might not be an NBA superstar, but Butler is one of the keys for this Chicago squad’s playoff hopes.
