Apple introduces its new and improved Macbook Air line. Even though the line was previously released in mid- 2013, these laptops feature more advances than the previous ones. Apple says the new processors works with the OS X Mavericks operating system to provide longer battery life. The 13-inch model is expected to last up to 12 hours, while the 11-inch is expected to last up to 9 hours. Not to mention the lower prices, “”with MacBook Air starting at $899, there’s no reason to settle for anything less than a Mac” Phill Scholler, Apple senior Vice President of marketing said in a written statement. The new models are now available online, in apples retail stores at select authorized retailers.
