Earlier tonight, Nicki Minaj and YMCMB president Mack Maine had an interesting exchange on Twitter, in which Nicki retweeted Mack Maine hyping up what would apparently be a big night for the crew.

Shortly after Nicki Minaj released her latest just-in-case-you-forgot-I-could-rap banger, featuring Soulja Boy, Lil’ Wayne released his first official Carter V single, which features Drake and had been teased all week, from artworks on the internet to Floyd Mayweather Instagram clips.
The instrumental, produced by Boi-1da & Vinylz, bangs hard enough to get a party started but the bass line is very direct and subdued, leaving all the room in the world for Drake and Wayne to conduct their clinic. Hmm…who had the better verse(s)?
